Business Intelligence - Datawarehouse Business Analyst

A wonderful opportunity for several Datawarehouse Business Analyst in the BI Space to join a Government Department on their new project for 6 months.

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated applicants that have demonstrated data warehousing and Business Intelligence capabilities preferably in a large project. Working as a collaborative member of the team you will develop and deliver on a number of high priority Datawarehouse projects aligned with industry best practice, Business Intelligence warehouse development standards and the reporting needs of business.

ESSENTIAL:

- Extensive demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence projects specifically in the areas of scope and requirements definition, functional design, dimensional Datamodelling, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) specification.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities including negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team to deliver positive Business Intelligence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, use initiative and deliver results under pressure.
- Well developed communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders:

written - demonstrated ability to provide a range of high standard documentation (requirement and functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation);

oral - demonstrated experience engaging collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across large organisations.
