For our customer, Cyberteam are looking for two
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Within the Business Information Modelling (BIM) and Information Demand Management (IDM) plays a key role in establishing efficient implementation and maintenance processes. The functions will take care of all data requirements in terms of understanding and documenting them according to our BIM approach. The Business Data Model (BDM) forms the basis for defining Common Definitions on SBSL as well as anchoring mappings between SBSL and BIM Common Data Model (CDM).
The resources will cover the following main working areas:
1) Documenting and harmonising BDM: Analyse, document and harmonize entities, both existing and new to the CDW. Align with line organisation (Data Governance) as well as other major modelling initiatives throughout the bank. Work closely with already established DG structures (Data Management Committee and Data Governance Councils) to secure customer wide Business Data Models.
2) IDM: The resources will be part of running requirements management streams in the information factory or supporting direct projects, turning project demands to tangible requirements, harmonizing the business terms towards common business glossary and turning the business requirements into DW data requirements based on the gap analysis.
Required skills:
- Strong Business requirements management methods in an enterprise DW environment
- Strong methodological background on business information modelling, functional and ER models
- BUSINESS KNOW-HOW: DEEP BANKING BUSINESS BACKGROUND - MINIMUM ONE OF THE TOPICS RISK/REGULATORY MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL CONTROLLING, TREASURY/ALM, CAPITAL MARKETS (ESP. PRODUCT KNOWHOW), ACCOUNTING.
- Experience in Datamodelling in and/or designing data marts for reporting
- Communication and moderation: They should have experience in guiding a discussion and moderating between different perspectives with the target to achieve a common solution. All communication will be done in English.
This implies that the candidate should have a high level of seniority.
