The key skills required for this role are as follows:
- Extensive knowledge of Datamodelling
- Previous experience working with large volumes of data
- Ability to write technical & functional specifications for data models and reports
- Ability to advise on design processes and procedures
- Strong SQL Server 2008 R2 with all modules (SSIS, SSRS & SSAS)
- The ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Proactive approach
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of performance tuning/optimisation is highly desirable
