BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
A technology-led bank that delivers consistently great service to customers has an exciting new contract opportunity now open for a Business Intelligence analyst. Business & customer analytics is at the heart of delivering this companies goals and this multi-discipline team harnesses the power of large data sets, cutting edge analytics and systems to provide accurate, insightful and measurable outputs to their stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the BI strategy and agreed solutions are an excellent fit for their evolving needs and have tangible business benefits.
- Define and document business requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Use analytical and statistical tools to extract, model, interpret and display information outputs.
- Deliver best in class data visualisation techniques.
- Communicate clearly to many different audiences both technical and non-technical in AIB.
- Manage assigned projects and adhere to project methodology standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Proven academic record (IT/Maths/Statistics/Analytics-to degree level).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Minimum 1 years' work experience.
- Experience and a strong interest in Datamodelling, data querying, data manipulation and visualisation of data outputs (Tableau/Qlikview/Business Objects or similar).
- A proven track record in demonstrating a systematic, disciplined, analytical and customer focused approach to problem solving.
