Business Analyst/BI/Business Intelligence/DataVault/Data Warehouse/Datamodelling

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to set up a global data warehouse on an initial 6-12 month contract.

You will be participating in all aspects concerning the development of software and specifically in the setup and implementation of the data architecture of the new Data warehouse. Your role is to understand functional requirements, determine the impact on the data model and the data architecture and propose the required update taking into account IT, business and architecture aspects. You will act as a gate keeper, making sure that all architecture and Datamodelling principles will be adhered to.

You will work closely together with (senior) experts of both the business and IT.
You are responsible for requirements documentation and assist in developing, testing and deploying the solution.

Experience required:
* You have experience with using workshops to elicit requirements or facilitate decision making
* Experience in relational/dimensional Datamodelling (MUST)
* Experience with data warehousing, DataVault modelling, information modelling and implementing a DataVault architecture (MUST)
* Functional and technical patterns
* You have working knowledge of User Stories
* Experience is reporting tools as Tableau
* Experience with Agile or Scrum, Test Driven Development, Specification by Example
* Experience with Datamodelling tools (eg ERwin, PowerDesigner)

You will need previous commercial experience working within a Project Manager role, delivering similar projects and technologies.
