Smartedge's client is looking for trusted Advisor to Customer on establishing best-in-class Information Management platform. Data SME/Analyst for IT Asset and ITSM process reporting solution.

SKILL REQUIREMENT:

- Practitioner of BI/DW Architecture;
- Hands-on Data/system analysis
- Experience of MS SQL Server and related BI Technologies
- Experience of working in an international environment - involving teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Good English communication skills (Oral and Written)

OPERATIONAL:

- Lead a team of personnel maintaining an existing solution for reporting on IT Asset and ITSM process performance data
- Guiding and mentoring the team to address operational issues in the existing solution, also working directly with system users as necessary.
- Coordination of Incident, Service request, Change Management and Release Management activities in compliance with client established procedures - with the team spread across offshore and onsite locations.
- Requirement and Data Analysis; Documentation of Functional Specifications and Test Specifications
- Execution of Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing
