Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Job

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Supports County of San Diego. Must have expert level Microsoft SQL Server SSRS and database design/configuration experience.
- Experience with managing billing data and billing reporting

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Migration of currently unsupported SQL 2000 databases, stored procedures and DTS packages used for monthly billing to supported SQL 2012.
- These databases and code support the aggregating/validating source data for client billing/invoicing for a large IT outsourcing contract.
- Development of data warehouse/datamart including analysis, design, development, implementation and database maintenance for IT asset and invoicing data.
- Creating SSRS reports based on business requirements. Develop SSIS packages for data feeds.
- Expert level knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server, SSIS
- Experience in creating reporting data warehouses/datamarts, creating data import processes, data quality exception reporting and management reporting.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Strong Excel skills
- Broad understanding of IT technologies and services such as Servers, storage, networking, application development, and workstations.
- Experience in working with monthly deadlines
- A strong, confident and assertive demeanor with a proven track record of exceeding goals

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Eight to ten (8-10) years of experience in Information Technology sector
- Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent degree.
