Business Intelligence (BI) Architect

Yoh has an amazing contract to hire opportunity for a SENIOR BI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT to join one of our large clients in Philadelphia, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the technical assessment and design of BI Solutions Architecture that enables effective delivery of analytics information to end users.
- Application integration across all warehouse components and adherence to development standards, reusability in concept and execution, and establishment of best practices in application delivery for the BI development teams.
- Lead the design of the technical solution including, key considerations such as business relevance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, security and impact to existing and dependent systems.
- Act as the liaison for Informatics division to the IS organization and to coordinate project initiatives across both organizations.
- Provide Application/solution architecture design and framework.
- Design and implementation of solutions that are robust, scalable while maintaining performance objectives, avoiding unnecessary complexity, maintainable and extensible, promoting reuse across subject areas and providing interfaces that present simple, elegant access to data for customers (internal and external).
- Provide direction and assessment of new technologies and their potential benefit in relation to BI solutions.
- Serve in a technology advisor role to the development team.
- Participate in planning, design, work meetings and activities with the application development team, including the following: logical and physical data modelling, application design, data transformationvisit our website to learn more about our company.
