RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL:
Lead a team of personnel maintaining an existing solution for reporting on IT Asset and ITSM process performance data
Guiding and mentoring the team to address operational issues in the existing solution, also working directly with system users as necessary.
Coordination of Incident, Service request, Change Management and Release Management activities in compliance with Novartis established procedures - with the team spread across offshore and onsite locations.
Requirement and Data Analysis; Documentation of Functional Specifications and Test Specifications
Execution of Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Practitioner of BI/DW Architecture;
Hands-on Data/system analysis
Experience of MS SQL Server and related BI Technologies
Experience of working in an international environment - involving teams across multiple locations
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
Good English communication skills (Oral and Written).
