An excellent contract opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst who has the following skills:
- Data Analysis and Trend investigation
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau and Micro strategy
- Excellent Excel knowledge skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Knowledge working in a Security environment would be a plus point.
Business Unit- Performance of Social Engineering services in areas of Phishing and Vishing encompassing the responsibilities below:
Process Description:
PLANNING
Contribute to a program plan that defines the scenarios that will run during the year. Strategically select the level of complexity, date and target group for each scenario and streamlines the internal approval.
OBJECTIVE DEFINITION
Define objectives for each scenario to raise and measure employee awareness and behaviour about security policies, standards and procedures.
TARGET DEFINITION
Create the target list from the Employee Tracking tool. Ensure name, email addresses, locations, Time zones and divisions are correct. Strategically divide target group into subgroups if it contains more than 150 people.
Scenario definition
Build the scenarios inside PhishMe Simulator Enterprise. Select and customise phishing emails. Choose appropriate educational video. Schedule Scenario for launch.
WHITELISTING
This includes providing specific whitelisting information to appropriate technical teams, eg, Security Operations, Helpdesk, etc.
TECHNICAL PILOT
This is done to confirm setup is complete and functions appropriately.
COMMUNICATION TO STAKEHOLDERS
Communication towards stakeholders is done at least 1 week before the exercise gets executed. This must allow aligning timely on all elements of the exercise and must make sure everyone is aware of what will be done, when the exercise will run and how to react.
EXECUTION
The scenario is launched to the specified recipient groups.
ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Each completed scenario includes delivery of a report with the following components: 1) Overall analysis of responses 2) Comparison per division 3) Comparison per Seniority 4) Comparison per location 5) Comparison per staff type 6) Comparison per level.
Other analysis and reporting may be requested.
INFORM STAKEHOLDERS
The stakeholders must be informed as soon as the HIT test ends. This must allow them to go back to a normal state of work, meaning that the test has ended and that any other case which is similar to the HIT test executed should no longer be considered as part of the test (and hence should be handled as a real issue and acted upon accordingly).
Preparation of communication to participants
Presentation slides are prepared with the reports and lesson learned.
Communication to all participants
Such communication allows the HIT team to explain certain important elements to the participants, allowing them for instance to understand what happened, why it was done and how they should have reacted.
