Our client, a telco giant in Belgium, is offering a six month contract to a Business Intelligence Analyst with skills in either French or Dutch if you have experience in data mining and statistical modelling and you speaks either French or Dutch fluently, please read on.
The job is to develop predictive statistical models and to perform analysis to support the marketing activities of our client. Candidates need strong skills in SQL to extract data from data warehouses. The analysis you provide ultimately support business decisions based on consumer insight.
Some sample analyses: customer profile, upsell, cross sell and churn prediction models, live marketing campaign analysis
Ideally the client would like the successful candidate to start in November but will consider an earlier start date.
This role demands great numerical precision and a good knowledge of BI tools such as Microsoft Business Intelligence or Business Objects, as well as databases and data warehouses. The client uses SQL, Oracle and Teradata.
