Business Intellegence (BI) Developer

- 4-5 years exp in any good company, working on major projects
- BE/B.TECH IN IT, MCA WITH 2-3 YEARS OF HAND ON WORK EXPERIENCE ON ORACLE BI .
- Exp in built OBI  KPI(reports) and mapping financial and non financial data in BI
- Exp in design and develop ETL (Extract Transform and Load) maps using industry standard tools like Oracle Warehouse Builder
- 3+ years PL/SQL (Advanced level). Design and develop objects in Oracle database
- 2 + years in OBI development
- Exp in data model design and documentation (Facts and Dimensions, Business Users & Security Permissions, Stars with Hierarchies, Business Model Names for Source Columns, Reports and Dashboard Layouts)
- Experience in generating ETL programs, Forms, BI publisher.
- Must have excellent knowledge in Java, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to work under pressure and to stretch during weekends/Odd hours.

Additional requirements for the candidate:

- Must  have telecom domain knowledge of customer life cycle, BI data warehouse OSS/BSS etc.
- Must have customer oriented positive attitude
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under complex Matrix and pressure
- Should know Escalation Matrix Handling.
- Adapting to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, meeting deadlines and schedules, working as part of a team and working with frequent interruptions
- Should be process oriented
