Business Improvement Support/Portsmouth/3 Month Contract/£19.66Ltd per hour

My client is a well respected and proven market leader who is currently experiencing an ongoing period of growth and success. Due to an ever increasing workload, they are looking to recruit a Business Improvement Support professional to join their dedicated team of professionals to be based out of their impressive operations in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

This is an initial 3 month contract and is paying £19.66Ltd per hour.

Job Description

This role is to help the project support team in drawing out and capturing information from different teams. It would be suited to a good communicator who is able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

After a period of shadowing the team, the individual would be expected to act on their own initiative. Specific experience of the defence industry isn't required, but the individual should have experience of working in a business environment.

Typical activities would include.
Setting up and running Stakeholder meetings
Driving the capture of information, either doing this themselves or prompting stakeholders
Formalising information in MS Visio (On the job training will be given)
Aiding the Project Support Manager in briefings or workshops.

Additional Information

Being able to use MS Visio is desirable but not required as on the job training will be given. However, the individual needs to be computer literate, being able to take on and learn the basics of MS Visio.

The Individual

The individual should be confident in their approach, a good communicator.
Not necessarily experienced in industry but have good interpersonal skills.
