Business Improvement Manager

My client, a global utilities company, requires a Business Improvement Manager to ensure that an environment of Continuous Improvement exists within the company's Shared Service Centre and lead on delivering the required change and associated business improvements, making sure there is no negative impact on the business.

This role will require you to review and audit all existing working practices and document the findings, offering process enhancements where necessary. You will lead on projects that promote and drive improvements, including cross functional review groups. You will be responsible for providing ad-hoc support to the SSC management teams on tasks and projects. 

You will be qualified with at least 5 years change management/process management experience working in a service level environment. You should have strong commercial focus and ideally demonstrated an ability to work efficiently across multiple time zones and cultures.
