Business Implementation Project Manager - Banking - Migration

BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER - BANKING - MIGRATION

Based in Halifax a Business Implementation Project Manager is required on a contract basis to work on a major migration programme from a business perspective.

You would be required to lead an implementation workstream and manage the transition of business processes during migration events and business validations activities.

Candidates must possess experience in implementation/data migration and implementation readiness from a business perspective within the FS/banking sector. Strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience of managing a team of business analysts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engage with Business SMEs and the Business Analyst community to define the scope of processes impacted by the migration event.
- Provide oversight and guidance for definition of Interim Business Processes and Catch-Up processing solutions.
- Co-ordinate the rehearsal and testing of Interim Business Processes and Catch-Up activities in Dress Rehearsals.
- Work with Business Stakeholders to define the scope of business assurance activities required during and post migration.
- Co-ordinate Scripting and execution planning for First Occurrence Validation.
- Build the Schedule of Events for Business Process Cutover and First Occurrence Validation.
