demonstrable multi-Business Implementation experience
Proven experience in pension domain
Job description:
- Responsible for the business implementation of new legal measures
- Responsible for process adjustments/procedures, new legal measures
- Responsible for agreements on behalf of business
- Responsible for effective and efficient implementation activities
- Responsible for carrying out operations with minimal effort and cost
Tasks:
- Analyze processes and propose process improvement and adaptation
- Internal communication in the field of legislative measures (impact, do, content etc.)
- Execution of rollout plans
- Implementation planning execution (eg delivery schedule)
- Control on delivery schedule operational processing
- Checks on quality and quantity
- Contacts with business on feasibility
- Communication on coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination with Customer Contact Centers regarding delivery schedule, Q & A's and Response
Possible additional tasks:
- import arrangements with external suppliers on quantity, quality and planning
- drawing up requirements for C & IT
- assess customer interest
- conducting user acceptance testing
