Job description:
Business/Functional analyst for HR & Finance to support in the transformation project "To Workday" (HR new system) and other transversal projects, participating actively in workshops and being part of the project team by giving an expect advise as well as supporting in feasibility analysis, documentation, UAT, preparation/execution and training.
Required Skills:
- Business Analyst with 8 years minimum experience
- Workday/HRIS system with 6 years minimum experience
- SAP Finance with 4 years minimum experience
- HR background/Knowledge with 8 years minimum experience
- Finance background/Knowledge with 4 years minimum experience
- Communication & facilitation skill with 8 years minimum experience
- Excellent English (written & spoken) with 8 years minimum experience
