One of our clients, an international company in the financial services industry currently requires a Business/Functional Analyst SAP HR
Start: 1/4/2016
Length: min. until 31/12/2016
Location: South of Brussels
Skills:

- SAP HR functional knowledge
- Customizing, master data
- Analytical skills
- Change management
- Customer relations
- Interpersonal soft skills
Scope:
Functional analysis for projects mainly in the HR Portfolio.
- Analyse, evaluate and trans late customer requirements into detailed functional requirements in close collaboration with internal customers, development and project management.
- Prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthrough, critical review and presentations on enhancements and/or new solutions.
- Propose solutions for satisfying the current and future customer needs.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and prototyping.
- Contribute to costing estimation exercises.
- Responsible integration testing: this includes preparation of integration test scenarios , execution of tests; reporting of issues and follow up of their resolution; for insuring quality of deliveries to the end customer.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing.
- Provide expert operational and functional level 3 support for issues reported within the SAP modules "HR".
