Business/Functional Analyst - (M2M/MVNE/MVNO)

Projektbeschreibung
GENERAL TASKS
- Requirements gathering, clarification thereof and obtaining an aligned vision with business stakeholders.
- Translate these requirements towards system requirements. This includes:
- Defining and agreeing upon the functional application architecture - in close collaboration with engineering - and provide the necessary functional system specifications towards the software development teams
- Defining a conceptual data model, which determines how to organise and store information generated by the user or system.
- Determine optimal way of integrating third party solution components
- Plans, arranges and controls meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff in order to gather requirements and to investigate systems. Is able to find compromises between different user views to ensure congruence in requirements.
- Supports the different phases and intervening parties of a project (development, scope & change management, ITT/UAT test phases, ) in order to assist to/ensure the optimal construction of IT projects. Assists the process managers in defining the business processes around the solution to implement.
SPECIFIC MISSION
- Analyst within the Mobile Data domain (signalling, messaging and Mobile IP)
- Will be assigned to the MVNE (mobile virtual network enabler) initiative
PROFILE
- Strong analytical mind
- Good analysis and modelling skills
- Good oral and written communicator and negotiator. Able to organise & lead workshops with people with different backgrounds/profiles involved in the requirements gathering and overall design process.
- Good knowledge of English
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR RECOMMENDED
REQUIRED:
o Effective experience as IT business analyst
o Effective experience as functional analyst
o Good knowledge of MVNO, MVNE and M2M business
o Good knowledge of service orchestration and billing flows
RECOMMENDED:
o Overall view of the mobile core network and understanding of call-flows (voice, SMS, data).
o Good knowledge on mobile core components of 2G, 3G, LTE (P-GW/GGSN, HSS/HLR, PCRF) networks.
o (International) Wholesale Telecom Business
