Business Functional Analyst (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Work with IT and business stakeholders
-Governance of the vendor team who is responsible for the application onboarding
-Frequent quality checks of vendor delivery and on-boarding process
-Analysis of application access models and assessment against program capabilities
-Involvement in Access Automation initiatives of the bank and participation in creating concept designs
-Establish good communication process and relationship with stakeholders

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Business analysis experience within global team/ organization
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Capability of presenting complex topics to business stakeholders
-Structured and methodological work approach
-Knowledge about IDM processes and infrastructure and One Identity Manager
-Technical understanding of AD, LDAP and IDM
-Strong Project Management, Program Management and Analysis skills
-Self-motivated and good team player
-ITIL V3, PMI and CISSP certification would be an added advantage
