IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Cover the whole analysis phase of a project and design optimal target state business processes, including aspects outside own area of responsibility to ensure target processes are designed and aligned front to back
-Drive data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics to support the creation of data flows and models; this includes researching and profiling data sources in data categories of expertise
-Define complex business, process, usability and data requirements in partnership and collaboration with the users
-Formulate and create complex functional/non-functional specification documentations in close collaboration with engineering teams
-Complete and elaborate complex functional designs in accordance with the defined principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc.
-Design and conceptualise new complex business solution options and articulate identified impacts and risks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experienced in agile project environments (scrum project)
-Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluency in German and English language
-Excellent skills to derive functional/non-functional specifications from business requirements
