Job description:
Apply the recognized industry standard analysis technique of business modelling. Identify opportunities and problem areas within an existing business environment. Model and assess the impact of any proposed changes to a business system. Design and document robust and reliable business systems, that meet the needs of users. Carry out the analysis and design to precisely the level of detail required.
The requested skills are:
EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES, PREFERABLY IN THE SET UP OF CALL CENTRES AND PROCESSES
EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MGT ENVIRONMENT,eg. QMS BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMISATION PROJECTS, CONTINUE IMPROVEMENTS METHOD (LEAN,SIX SIGMA)
