Centralization and rationalization of applications used and managed locally in European branches
Function Description
Our branches historically built their own local applications for different purposes (business goals). These applications need to be rationalized and if possible integrated in existing central applications. In order to do this, we need to understand the functionality of the applications and define the take over strategy with central stakeholders. For the remaining applications, an efficient application management model needs to be defined.

Languages Requirement
French Preferably
Dutch Is an asset PLUS other languages: German, Spanish, … are an asset as well
English Mandatory
Experience
o Preferably at least 5-7 years general experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
o At least 3-5 years in banking, preferably corporate banking; could be less if performed similar work in other business context.
o Able to structure large quantities of information; ability to assess information quality quickly and address weaknesses thru interaction with central experts, Local IT and users.
o Able to deal with sensitive topics while maintaining focus on objectives and expected outcomes.
Technical Experience
Mandatory
o Broad background, ability to understand from a high level the technical solution underpinning applications;
o Ability to identify technical skills required to support/maintain an application.
Business Experience
Mandatory
o Broad functional background regarding corporate banking organization, applications and the key processes involved in corporate banking;
o Ability to understand a functional architecture and understand the role of an application in a functional architecture;
o Ability to understand and summarize the functional scope of an application from interactions with central experts, local IT and users
Soft skills

° Good analytical and synthesis skills
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
