For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS/FINANCIAL ANALYST - REPORTING SOFTWARE ROLLOUT (4621)
The role supports all aspects of driving revenue growth via cross divisional collaboration and provides great exposure to all divisions of the bank.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL ANALYST, PREFERABLY WITHIN THE BANKING SECTOR
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING ENVIRONMENT (PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES)
- MANAGEMENT REPORTING EXPERIENCE WITH DESIGN AND REFINEMENT OF REPORTING TEMPLATES
- Experience of being involved in a system or software rollout is a plus
- STRONG MS OFFICE SKILLS ESPECIALLY WITH EXCEL MODELLING
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS A PLUS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SUPPORT THE ROLLOUT OF A DATA VISUALIZATION SOFTWARE ACROSS THE DIVISIONS WHICH WILL REQUIRE GATHERING DIVISIONAL REQUIREMENTS ACROSS THE USERS AND TRANSLATING THESE TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
- Overseeing a parallel run between the existing and new process
- Ensuring testing co-ordination across divisions and completing key checks centrally
- PREPARE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY REVENUE GENERATORS, IDENTIFY TRENDS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDITIONAL COLLABORATION
- Manage various projects including IT improvement initiatives to enhance current processes and systems
- Assist in developing performance related presentations to senior stakeholders
- Oversight over day to day processes, including deal due diligence, and monthly/quarterly revenue management and booking
