Business Finance Expert

Our international client is looking for a Business Finance Consultant with Project Management experience for an SAP roll out project based in Texas.

Responsibilities will include leading financial control resources to validate internal controls (both IT (automated/system supported and manual), and developing required SOP's for the new environment.

Other responsibilities;

- Support the development of compliance related project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and status reports, identification of risks, and contingency plans
- Work closely with all levels of project managers, line managers, and clients including IT, Business, compliance and counterparts at other sites
- Assess project issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Support change management methodology that ensures rapid organizational adaption and minimized stabilization period.
- Partner with project team members and stakeholders to contribute expertise to each aspect of the project development life cycle .
- As may be required, develop, source, or work with tools designed to build and capture data requested, review criteria, report findings, and solutions for presentations to stakeholders.

The right candidate will have a strong financial background, with experience of working on global SAP projects in a lead/management position, ideally in a validated environment.

- 5+ years project experience, 2+ years in an IT environment, 2+ years in control processes
- Strong Project Manager skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to stringent time lines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Experience with, and be comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Desired - 2+ years working with internal controls or control processes
- Desired - IQP (Six Sigma) experience
