Business/Finance Analyst

This role is a hybrid role, we are looking for Business Analyst (Non IT) with a Financial background

Description:

Standard Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (8 hours/day)

Prepares and/or monitors data submission and SOX controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of data submission.

Prepares more complex trend and data analysis reports.

May be accountable for the coordination, compilation and distribution of financial data.

Performs analysis upon identification of variances and prepares summary of key findings.

Participates in projects of moderate complexity as assigned and may lead projects of low complexity. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse group of internal clients.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PC based word processing and spreadsheet applications, including advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables.

3-4 years business analysis or related experience.

Healthcare/health insurance industry experience strongly preferred

Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse group of internal clients. Adaptive and ability to learn quickly
