ROLE:
- Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering for global Treasury IT projects
- Elicit, analyze, document, specify and manage requirements and business processes for projects and programs such as the Liquidity Management program, MIS projects or regulatory reporting projects
- Working in an agile environment
- Communication with the different teams and stakeholders
- Involvement on a global level in a multi-cultural team
- Ensure that common standards, processes and tools are adopted across own deliverables
- Ensure the creation of adequate documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:
University degree, equal education or qualifying experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology
Profound banking products know-how, especially in Secured Funding (Repos and SLB) and retail banking products.
Experience in Treasury topics such interest rate risk management, asset/liability management, liquidity management, funding or capital management
At least 3 years of business analysis experience in IT projects
Ability to work independently, reliably and results oriented as well as in an agile team
Ability to fit into a global team

LANGUAGES:
Very good communication skills in English are required
Communication skills in German is a plus
