Business Engineer - IAM for Messaging System Migration

On behalf of a major Pharma client in Basel, we are urgently looking for a

Business Engineer "Identity & Access Management" (IAM) for Messaging systems for a contract of 6 months in Basel.

You will be responsible for: Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation and Documentation of Identity & Access Management Processes in context of messaging systems. Our client will migrate from Microsoft to Gmail (Google Mail) and it will be essential to make sure that the new system is compliant with internal definitions and documentation rules, and secure against external IT hazards. You will provide technical knowhow in this area and work with Systems Controlers (System Admins) and other team members, in order to design and document the required processes from a technical and organizational point of view.

Responsibilities:

- Business and IT Process analysis and re-design for simplification, user satisfaction, security, operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Creation of technical training material and delivering training to IT users and IT operational teams
- Monitoring and periodic review of operational process effectiveness
- Documentation of process steps according to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Technical hands-on tasks for organizing and preparing large-scale IT solution rollouts
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management.

Required skills (mandatory) and experiences:

- Several years of experience in IAM
- IT Technical writing, experience with writing SOPs, instructions etc., as well as process design and visualisation
- Knowledge, relevant experience in migrating messaging systems from Outlook to any other, especially appreciated will be if you worked on a Microsoft to Google Mail project before
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions will be an asset
- Willingness to work sporadically also after-hours (due to time zone differences, eg to USA)
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment
- Fluent English - spoken and in writing.

Project details:

- Location: Basel (Switzerland)
- Start: 01.10.2012 or ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- No remote work option, normal working time is 40 hours per week in Basel, every working hour is paid
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
