On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious financial institutions, we are looking for a BUSINESS ENGINEER. For this position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English-speaking candidate, who is available as soon as possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within an agile team to implement various new features and projects
- You are in a key role to ensure that the business requirements are considered correctly during the implementation
- Document and maintain the product documentation
- Capturing epics and user stories
- Analyze new business requests and support the effort estimation of the team
- Conduct business analyses and technical analyses
- Advise business stakeholders
- Support testing activities
- Curate the product and business knowledge
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in a similar role (Business Analysis, Business engineering) in the financial industry
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
THE CANDIDATE MUST FULFIL AT LEAST 3 OF THE FOLLOWING HARD SKILLS:
- UML hands-on experience with ability to model domain models or visualize dynamic flows (Ideally Enterprise Architect)
- Practical SQL skills to be able to conduct data analysis
- UX/UI Design skills
- Understanding portfolio theory and portfolio management processes
- Ability to read and understand basic Java code
- Basic understanding of modern UI technology like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and AngularJS
