Job Mission

The Business Engineer is the sparring partner for managers within the Production Support organization on KPI's/steering information for key processes as Issue Resolution and New Product Introduction. He/she actively contributes to the improvement of those processes. Support the managers on business cases, capacity calculation and budget planning.

Job Description

* Systematically analyze processes and maintain quantitative models of processes based on actual analysis and measurement in the process

* Identify and communicate areas of improvement (on request and on own initiative)

* Support decisions on investments, improvements, projects by delivering quantitative calculation models and quantitative decision data.

* Define and set-up Key Performance Indicators to enable steering on critical processes

* Maintain

- have no more than one year delay in their education.

Experience

* 1 to 5 years of working experience as business analyst, management support and/or industrial engineering.

* Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing, Flow.

* Experience with Business Objects is a pre
