Business Engagement Manager with Users/Data change management experience required for an initial 3 month rolling contract to work with Business Champions/Project Managers to supply User Data Management within a large financial banking institution based in London.

As the Business Engagement Manager your day to day responsibilities will be to
*Work closely with Business Champions:
oSetup introduction meetings with Business Champions to run through Champions Roles and Responsibilities and Business Engagement model
oProvide support to Business Champions,
oProvide/request user data per team from Business Champions
oProvide HR user data if possible for Business Champion to verify per team
oCreate weekly meeting with Business Champion (frequency of meetings to be agreed with Business Champion)
oSend application list to Business Champion for review with any queries eg Technical contract or different name for application in their business (to be returned in timeframe agreed on PM's plan)
oWork with Business Champion in achieving and maintaining each business areas site readiness for deployment, eg Data housekeeping activities, any changes to scheduling
oPreparation of deployment sequence with business unit
*Detailed user discovery and data collection:
oConfirm/Arrange for Fusion communications with Data Discovery Tool (DDT) to be sent to baselined users per team
oRun DDT report on responders after agreed timeframe with business and report back to Business Champion for chaser if necessary
oRun final DDT report per team and review applications
*Analysis and maintenance of user/application data
oManage all changes to users/data received from Business Champion (DDT to be kept up to date)
oDemand challenge detailed user demand (critical to allow successful deployment)
oDemand challenge process on both hardware/software per user/team
oAll user data to be represented correctly in DDT and locked down before deployment date can be given.
oCreate applications template of all applications requested by team and availability under Fusion is possible (this will give the Business Champion a view of any version changes that may be happening as part of Fusion rollout)
oReviewed/confirmed application list to be sent in correct format to Application Assessment Team (all in timeframe in PM's plan)
*Work closely and support PMs
oManage changes to data and feed back to Project Manager (from weekly meetings with Business Champions)
oWork with PM to keep milestones/plans on track
oWork with Business Champion and PM (PM to create rollout schedule) for deployment schedule
oBusiness area specific constraints or considerations, eg Finance cannot deploy at month end
*Manage user experience
oPreparation of user community for deployment, eg ensuring Fusion communications are issued to user
oManagement of user experience during and post-deployment including monitoring of deployment issues and resolution (with PM)
*Liaise with other areas to ensure a smooth deployment for user
*Support Tech Office
oKey liaison back into the programme regarding business unit knowledge, user requirements and rationale for specific user characteristics.
oManage queries from programme workstreams eg application assessment, Infrastructure and feed back to Champion/PM etc
oMaintenance of the Business Engagement model across all engaged areas.
