Business Engagement Manager

Basic Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or other numerate discipline.
* 5 years + experience in Business Analysis for IT Security - Identity and Access Management practise

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Adept at multiple European languages (i.e., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portugese)
* Strong Identity Management (IDM) domain knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, etc.)
* Business focus with thorough appreciation of IT issues and how IT enables the banking business.
* Thorough understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape
* Good experience of working in Projects and exposure to project management techniques.
* Qualified in one or more fields of Information Security (e.g. CISA, CISSP, GIAC, etc.).
* Excellent oral communication and inter-personal skills.
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues.
* Self starter and highly motivated.
* Must be a good team player and also have the ablility to work alone / unsupervised

Experience Required
* Proven experience in gathering requirements from project stakeholders who are in multiple global locations
* Proven experience of Business Analysis for large scale projects, taking ownership of end to end solution
* Business and functional analysis skills particularly in a process reengineering environment
* Strong analytical and investigation skills. Ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure and time critical environment
* Commitment to business process improvement
* Familiar with Information Security, Risk and ITIL concepts
* An excellent understanding of and strong desire to provide excellent customer experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Self sufficient and motivated
* Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team as well as independently
