IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Validate use cases, create change management strategy and change management roadmap
-Create communication plan and materials
-Work with the business and technical team to support migration scheduling, mobilise and train key people
-Drive user adoption – of the new platform and any ways of working
-Support wider user base during the roll-out of the platform
-Utilising extensive experience with Office 365; identifying new ways of working with Office 365
-Oversee training and development of employees where required
-Challenges business requirements and identifies potential synergies, or alternative ways to implement processes – could include recommending changes to business processes to utilise Office 365
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in Office 365 and/or collaboration tools
-Expertise in business process management and IT change management
-In-depth analytical and complex problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
-Profound communication skills – written and verbal
-Fluency in English, French is an advantage
