Je functie: Context
Within Easy banking Sales (Department: Easy banking Center), the Easy banking Sales Experience and Performance team has several objectives:
- Boost online sales for some specific products
- Understand online client / visitor behaviour, both on online and offline channels. An end-to-end view is needed.
- Permanently optimize performance and customer experience on flows and campaigns, by providing detailed recommandations to main stakeholders.
- Helping the integration of digital sales and services flows in the new platform (technical migration)

The website will be adapted in the coming months.
We need to build up new reporting to monitor the performance of the new public website and then to be able to make appropriate recommendations.
In this context, Easy banking Sales Experience and Performance is looking for a Business & Digital Data Analyst, in order to build up reporting and understand what happens on this new platform (entry points, End-to-end customer journey, efficiency of the website for sales performance, etc).

Function Description
Objectives of the mission:
- Measure performance of our site. Challenge colleagues, elaborate KPIs, set up dashboard/reporting - monitor - analyze - draw up conclusions and proposals for improvement
- Create mock-ups of dashboards for the new public website on Excel
- Responsible for the building up of new reportings of the new public website, with an end-to-end view of customer journey.
- Ensure that this reporting is in line with stakeholders' expectations (Sales, Communication, Campaign, Value Proposition and Management level) and ensure these reportings take the best of existing reportings.
- Ensure that the requested reporting will also be coherent with reportings on other parts of the website.
- Define/review tagging requirements for web analytics in our digital channels. Active involvement in testing during the implementation phase and elaborate a dashboard that enables measuring the online customer journey (KPIs)
- Translate learnings from reporting into actionable points in order to improve customer experience and increase online sales
- Participate to reflexion on global monitoring & give technical support
- Proactive analysis of new opportunities (based on data)
