Overall Objective:
The BDM has responsibility for all sales and development of aftermarket business within the assigned territories.
Key accountabilities include:
* Develop and implement business market strategy in order to meet and exceed targeted revenue and profitability.
* Manage the supporting commercial and technical teams
* Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company when required.
* Provide HSEQ leadership ensuring personal/team compliance with legislation and Company policies
* Assist with technical aspects and support sales team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the following:
Oil & Gas Industry experience in similar role
Knowledge and understanding of the aftermarket sector of the oil and gas industry
Demonstrate good customer service attributes
Proven track record of delivering sales revenues and targeted profitability
Good knowledge of business processes and practices
Ability to interpret technical information
People and Leadership skills
Highly organised and self-driven
Good communicator
Problem solver/solutions provider
"Can do" attitude
Sound balanced judgement
Integrity, Diplomacy
Microsoft Office suite
Candidates MUST be available to travel in order to build up their client base overseas.
This is a staff position based in Aberdeen and will be paying between £50- £75K.
