Purpose

Our Client is a Global 1st Tier Automotive company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales organization in the business. You will support the definition/development of strategies and actions in the department in order to achieve customer and company's targets (GDP, AOP Projects) in line with our QS guideline (PMR, Business Management).

Responsibilities

To lead and support the team through the RFQ process phase for customer quotation.
To implement the strategy and control target achievement to support customer and company targets (AOP, GDP, targets (cost, quality, timing) by projects, Targets cost account including capex, cost reduction programs, (e. g. 6Sigma, PIAP)
To ensure strong financial control of all project costs (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised, benefit on project cost, financial tracking
You will be responsible for the serial & aftermarket price negotiations according to target fixed with the both team headquarters and local.
You will lead and manage the quotation team through RFQ phase for customer quotation
You will be responsible for program management, program management road map-goals/responsibilities/tasks.
You will provide support and manage the customer to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills/Experience

Good analytical and planning skills to ensure a clear understanding of the performance of the area/channel and to develop an ongoing plan to provide continuous improvement.
Strong computer skills sufficient to manage all related commercial & technical computer programmes including preparation of sales budgets, forecasts, strategies & 'day to day' reports such as office/SAP.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), presentation & preparation skills.
A clear understanding of contractual conditions relating to the sales and purchase of goods and a commercial understanding of business practices including margin, profit and basic financial procedures.
Drive for results/performance/motivated.
