Business Development Manager - UPS Systems

A position has become available at a small value add distributor of critical power products, ranging from generators (6.5kVA - 2000kVA), LV switchgear up to 6000 AMPS and UPS Single to Three Phase units. This role will give you the opportunity to develop the business around the south of the UK, especially in the London area.

This fantastic career opportunity has an excellent basic salary of £35 - 45K depending on experience + car allowance bonus with an average OTE being £55,000. My client is adamant on finding the correct person. That will be a sales manager that is currently working in the critical power sector and is a specialist and expert in the industry. Knowledge of general electrical systems is a must. You will need to have at least 3 years experience and having a pipeline of projects and contacts to bring to the role is vital, as they urgently require a salesperson to be developing the business quickly from the outset. The industrial sector as a whole is a market that they are focussed on.

Travel will be a large part of this role, you will be visiting clients around the south of the country extensively. Needless to say, the correct candidate needs to be very hungry for success, willing to travel and enjoy spending time travelling and has a real 'door knocking' approach to business.
