Business Development Manager - Social Care

Core Assets Consultancy & Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a Children's charity for a Business Development Manager. This service has established roots in the UK, yet is a new emerging service in this region. The ideal candidate for this role does not need to be a qualified social worker but they do need to have a solid background in social care management as they will act as a backup for the operational manager covering England services.

The successful person will also need to be able to travel fairly often and regularly attend meetings to win and establish new business and travel to the regional office in the South West. Managed by the Head of Service, Key Duties will be:

Business Development Manager the charity in England

Someone who understands the social care market (but not necessarily with a 'professional's/care related qualification.

Someone who can write proposals and tenders.

Someone able to undertake business development activity face to face with clients.

This role is an interim role yet has the strong potential to become permanent.
