SALARY/WAGE GOOD RATES - 60/70 EUR/H

THE ROLE

- Grow the RF Power business for the new RF Energy markets worldwide
- Increase share of wallet and market share with key and/or shaper customers for this market.
- Identify target key customers and develop account penetration plans. Prioritize key opportunities and define support requirements.?
- Work with lead and/or shaper customers to define inputs to the next generation product roadmaps.
- Define regional product/market strategy combination & marketing plans.
- Contribute to and define customer value proposition and product positioning.
- Develop and execute strategic & tactical marketing plan.
- Produce support tools, demos, conduct sales training etc, required for successful design-in.
- Acquire deep insight of the RF Energy qualitatively and quantitatively. Understand and articulate its value chain dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Generate deep insight of customer application requirements
- Identify and communicate market trends.
- Coordinate competitive benchmarking with BL Marketing and Application teams.

THE INDIVIDUAL

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- >5 years experience in marketing, sales and/or distribution of RF components and preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong business acumen: commercial skills and rich business perspective.
- Drive, persistence and a self-starter.
- Natural business hunter
- Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude.
- Demonstrated cross functional leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the industrial context in which RF Power components are used.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English speaking is a must.
- Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands.
- Flexible with global travel (25%).
