Your Role
* To build and manage a Pharma BDM/KAM team acrossEurope
* To create clear KAM Vision & Strategy for Pharma Europe in line with corporate strategy to maximise deal and GP potential and to win repeat business from key clients
* To drive the BDM/KAM strategy acrossEurope
* To cross-polinate key accounts acrossEurope
* To develop and manage an own key account portfolio
* To maintain and develop professional business relationships with key decision makers in key client organisations
* To negotiate client terms, Master Agreements and Service Level Agreements to ensure commercial terms and service standards are clear
* Attend trade and career fairs and organise effective client events which enable and support the development of key business relationships between the business and the account relationships
* To prepare tenders for key accounts and new business, as appropriate
* Extensive travel, mainly Europe

Your Profile
* Face to face sales experience in a "demanding" sales environment with an additional minimum of at least 5 years experience of key account management
* Indepth expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the pharma recruitment market
* Evidence of successful people management and development
* Track record of solution selling and winning, developing and managing key accounts
* Ability to deal with decision makers at the highest level
* Ability to problem solve and manage clients expectations effectively
* Proven communication and presentation skills including both written and verbal
* Developed planning skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
* Fluent English required, German desirable as well as any other European language
