A brand new role has been created for a Business Development Manager to join a leading marine services business who is heavily involved in the Offshore Wind and Renewables industry. Reporting to the Managing Director, this will be a key role and the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing theirUKbusiness.

This role is due to the company looking to expand their current client base and the successful candidate will come in to the role from a standing start and will need the enthusiasm to source and close their own sales.

This opportunity holds substantial potential as the successful candidate will be creating the basis for expansion meaning that should they generate the targeted sales there is scope for a whole new sales division to be created underneath them advancing the candidate into a senior management role.

The company are rewarding the new Business Development Manager with equity stake depending on performance as well as a negotiable commission package, company car and scope for expansion.

Telephone Interviews are being scheduled for 7th August/9th August with selected candidates progressing to a face to face interview with the Managing Director in Scotland to be held W/C 12th August.
