KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Directly engaging partners and positioning the new service offerings; co-owning the partner relationship
- Building a strong pipeline of partner deals that incorporate the new service offerings
- Follow-up with the partner and sales teams
- Ensure the partner is being engaged and receiving the right level of interaction from delivery teams
- Constantly communicate partner feedback to the corporate and service development team
- Work innovatively to define new business models with the partner that incorporate the new Services
- Work closely with the regional channel product and services teams to understand the partner challenges in the region
- Drive account planning activities and be able to forecast and maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities
- Work collaboratively to remove barriers and execute

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Understanding partners business models and business needs, ability to position offerings
- Knowledge of networking technologies, CCNP/CCNA would be an advantage
- Current or past experiences in pre-sales or sales background in selling IT products/services
- Understanding basic business mathematics, financial strategies, and performance indicators, and applying that knowledge to partner's business models
