IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Evaluate and further develop a commercial strategy for reaching the business's growth targets (effective business model and business plan). The strategy is based on the current technology portfolio and a review of current opportunities, as well as the evaluation of new going-to-market strategies as a stand-alone proposition versus in affiliated partnerships
-Market sizing and prioritisation of geographic markets (reviewing all current national and international activities). Including understanding the different international health insurance systems and preventive check-up/care programmes
-Identification of likely end customers and determining the best routes to market for the products including exploring the potential to licence the product
-Analysis of the needs and opportunities (business model, usual working practices etc.) of distribution partners, affiliates or licensees etc. through consultation with them

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in working for a multi-national medical device/diagnostics player is essential
-Experienced in commercialising, licensing and selling medical technology
-Appreciation of the value of clinical trials, scientific publications and congress contributions in the marketing of medical devices - preferably familiarity with cardiovascular diagnostics in particular
-Experience of working in a SME environment is preferable, if not then evidence of ability to work in an independent/unsupported environment is essential
-Good understanding of the product development process and the business planning for medical devices
-Operational and commercial experience
-German language skills essential
-Enthusiastic, positive, high energy and results-driven
-Highly motivated and a "can-do" attitude
