Business Development Manager, Industrial Cleaning, Aberdeen, £80,000 The ideal candidate will also have experience of industrial cleaning. Exposure to waste management, high pressure water jets and chemicals is an advantage. Based in Aberdeen, you will ensure that the Company satisfies its customer needs. Interact with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, requests for quotations, concerns and requests about products and services. Key Deliverables: ? Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services ? Communicating courteously and coordinating with both external and internal customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face, and follow up on customer interactions ? Investigating and solving customers' problems ? Manage and provide support, guidance and direction to Operations and Sales department ? Works with technical advisors, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and purchasing to ensure that quotations are produced in a timely manner ? Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service/inside sales ? Travel throughout the nominated region providing support and guidance as required. ? Enhancing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your departments ? Provide support and mentoring to junior staff, as required ? Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Job Description: 1. Initiate sales process with potential new clients 2. Develop sales and budget plan for territory 3. Maintain and update client data through Company CRM system 4. Contribute to global sales team with forecasts, weekly reports, market intelligence, etc. 5. Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals 6. Provide client presentations of Company services 7. Establish and manage an agent & representatives network in designated territory. 8. Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company when required. 9. Support the development of client relationships through business and social interaction. 10. Attend exhibitions & industry forums as required in pursuit of new business. 11. Support other departments and carry out duties as and when business requirements dictate. 12. Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policy 13. Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times 14.
