Business Development Manager in Brussels

Responsibilities:
* To map the business development possibilities at existing but mostly at new clients
* To gather information and requirements about the client: who is the decider, what is the current vs the desired situation, what is the current IT environment
* To develop a strategic/tactic salesplan for the region
* To keep up to date with IT knowledge
* To keep up to date with knowledge on the ICT market
* To meet existing and new clients with the SpearIT value pitch
* To negotiate with Proximus Account Managers to share information & to discuss strategies
* Prioritise tasks, set up schedules, map a territorial approach
* To know and keep up to date with SpearIT's 3 Business Units, and to represent all three with clients
* Reporting: reporting about trips and forecasting/pipeline management reporting

The ideal candidate has
* Minimum 5 years sales experience within the IT market
* Their own network and the capabilities to extend that network
* Working knowledge of IT-solutions (virtualisation, storage, desktop virtualisation, office 365 )
* Knowledge/experience with brands such as Dell/EMC, HP, VmWare, Citrix,
* Knowledge/experience with selling IT-solutions
* Seeks and maintains regular contact with his/her clients
* Communicates well (internally/externally) and enjoys working in team

Language requirements: French, English, (Dutch- recommended)
