Business Development Manager - HVAC up to 50k

How would you like to work for a World Leading Engineer company who now require a Business Development Manager for their Electrical and Mechanical Services Division.

Role:

Secure a Diverse forward order book

Generation of targeted sales enquiries

Client and Relationship Managementwith existing and prospective client base

Outline Design and budget pricing

Submission and pricing of PQQ's,tenders and other commercial documentation

Contract negotiations

Job costing,tracking and variance analysis

Closing and financial settlement of jobs

Experience Required:

Excellent Background in Business Development
Ideally HNC/HND or Equivalent in Mechanical/building services qualification
GasSafe Ticket (Preferable)
Experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a Contracting Background
Project Management Experience
Experience of working across all sectors of the HVAC industry
Experience of working within Industrial,Commercial,Educational and Health sectors
M & E Project Sales experience
Experience of working on Mechanical installation projects
Experience of working on large new build and refurbishment projects
Working knowledge and appreciation of associated electrical services
