Our client, a successful and rapidly expanding commercial vehicle dealership, has an opportunity for two Business Development Administrators to join their Business Development team in Avonmouth. The team have recently appointed a new Team Supervisor and this is an exciting time to join this team as it expands.

SALARY: £18,000 + £6,000 UNCAPPED OTE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development team help to support the Aftersales Function by maintaining regular contact with our customers and prospects and ensuring they have access to all Aftersales services on offer such as Service Contract and Finance products. We have one position supporting Van and one supporting After sales.

Customer Service and attention to detail are essential for this role, you will be updating and maintaining customer records to enable future contact.

Training will be provided on our products and services as you will initiates orders, offer information to promote our products and service and promoting special promotions.

Responsibilities will include predictive marketing, recall campaigns, contacting leads and providing an Aftersales Service to our existing and lapsed customers.

- You will help achieve industry leading standards of sales and service
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in meeting financial objectives
- Ensure that all records are completed accurately
