Business Development Executive (Telesales/Home-based)

We are looking for a talented business developer who would like to join us in our quest to create a portfolio of clients who are committment to diversity and who promote equality in employment. So if you are looking for a few hours a week or you want to get get stuck in on a commission basis then we would love to hear from you. Previous recruitment experience is very much welcomed.

The Role,

Selling our services to potential clients over the telephone

Setting up appointments

Creating a database of target clients and contacts

Providing additional administrative support including events

You will have,

Previous telesales/sales experience

Willing to work to targets and objectives

A passion for equality in employment

Contacts in the Scottish marketplace
