Salary: 21,000 per annum free onsite parking
Duration: 6 month fixed term contract (potentially longer)
Start date: Beginning to mid August

Fantastic varied, interesting and challenging role working for a very niche company near Sevenoaks - You must be a driver due to the company location!

Administration/Coordinating experience is required for this role, and ideally you will be able to use an Apple Mac although this is not essential.

The main purpose for this role is to provide administrative support to Management on appropriate procedures, systems, documentation and marketing functions.
Duties will include:
- Being the main point of contact in the office
- Develop and maintain excellent database (CRM) Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up from marketing activities and book appointments
- Work with the MD to maximise the use of relevant blogs and articles to promote the company product
- Develop a library of information leaflets, case studies and articles
- Process and monitor product orders, communicating stock levels and process product order invoices and accounts
- General administrative duties - answering calls/ posts etc

You will have experience in planning, organising and prioritising a demanding workload, experience in customer service and able to communicate clearly both written and orally.
