Business Development Consultant Job

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides consultation to businesses on a broad range of commercial and industrial real estate projects.
- Projects involve site selection, land planning, development and construction; lease negotiation and administration; dispositions and divestitures; and consolidation, renovation and expansion of existing facilities.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations to business management regarding real estate solutions to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Planning, providing oversight, management, or direction of activities related to site selection, due diligence (including environmental considerations), property acquisition and disposition, design and construction, and management of owned and leased properties from inception to completion.
- Preparation of RFP's along with work to qualify, recommend, and manage brokers and/or consultants.
- Development and management of marketing programs related to dispositions.
- Preparation of financial reports, budgets and analyses for comparison of real estate alternatives to determine optimum deal structure.
- Leading and coordinating project direction among corporate professionals in real estate, legal, environmental, business, finance and third parties.
- Negotiating and drafting various types of contracts, leases and other required legal documents

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Knowledge of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate
- Sound business acumen, analysis and judgment capabilities.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to lead and manage projects.
- Ability to manage conflict, to influence, and to negotiate.
- Delivers and implements solutions.
- Demonstrates organization and planning skills.
- Effectively works with a diverse group of individuals.

- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
